Recieved my cell phone bill from verizon with a 9.99 charge 2.00 tax for Premium texting. Called verizon and was told to call Cellfunz at 1-866-402-8023. I called and was unsubscribed but they told me I ordered product online and they couldnt reimburse my money. I chalked it up to bad luck. One month later, today 1-25, I relized I never even got the product I paid for which was supposed to be two funny messages a week I think, never got anything. I e-mailed Cellfunz and they again told me they unsubscribed me and gave me a second confirmation number??? I again called and was told it is not then I need to talk to they are just the middle man to 5135 or something, spoke terrible english. They told me to call 1-855-707-0158, I did, and sat on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up and writing this letter. I think I should be reimbursed for all my time, phone time, and my original 9.99 because I have never recieved anything, even though I never even ordered anything. Total SCAM, I never seen anything like it.
