I ordered a free trial of one of their products, the product came without any paperwork, two weeks later i found that my bank account had been debited with a sum of £169.40 for what was essentially rubbish. The bank informed me that i would be charged this amount monthly if i didn't cancel. I instructed the bank to immediately block any further requests for payment from Juveneu. Nevertheless on this occasion i have been scammed. It is difficult to find the companies real website, so i may just have to put this down to experience and be more careful what i buy in the future.
