I ordered the trial hydroxatone and juveneu for £1.99 each. I received the Juveneu and today £55 has been taken from my account.
The bank advised me to cancel the orders in writing by email to the companies, take a copy of the email, so when they take more money, the bank can go back to them and say this was unauthorised payment and battle for a refund. Juveneu and Hydroxatone do not make it easy to send them an email, Juveneu's telephone numbers do not work but Hydroxatone's do. My Bank said they are associated companies and you must say to cancel all dealings with associated companies in you email because they will take money in another name.
You must cancel in writing and be able to prove that you have done so.
I don't know how much in dollars my money equates to but my bank says they will keep taking and taking every month and can make the figures variable
