Today our first major snow. This store is located at an area about 9 miles from the nearest town and very very busy. Today there were: 12 people in line only ONE employee at the register. Customers very upset. Another employee standing in the isle talking on the phone. I supervised many employees for 30 yearsat the phone company I would never ignore customers in this way. Every time I go into this store (which is several timescavweek) I come out depressed the employees act like they are so up happy. Not friendly and talking on the phone about how unhappy they are or about other employees. There is only one friendly lady she has dark hair and is new. Also the young man that usually stocks will always ask if he can help.
