Placed order on 4/18/13; april being well into their shipping season for my zone. On 5/10 I was told the order shipped and on the 24th it arrived. All living plants/trees/vines were dead. Dry as dust and have not revived after 3 weeks of intensive work. Most everything else were seeds 1/2 of which did not sprout. I'm not a shipping expert, but 14 days in transit, in a carboard box would seem to kill most things. Buy local or buy single items - it's easier to resolve; just dispute the charges on your creditcard at least.
