I ordered 6 Empress Paulownia trees and 1 Nikko Blue Hydrangea from Gardeners Choice; the 6 Paulownia's arrived shriveled up and dead, and the Hydrangea arrived sickly and yellow and died within the week. Theses plants were shipped in a plan cardboard box; it did not have the words "LIVE PLANTS" marked on them, nor were they shipped priority mail.
I tried unsuccessfully for two months to order these plants and was told twice via email that my on-line order had not been received, that there website wasn't working. But low a behold the plants arrived, the week of June 10th, placed on my doorstep, baking in the sun all day while I was at work. I have sent three emails to Gardeners Choice about these plants and have not received any replies! I wish I'd seen this consumer complaints before I'd ordered them. These people should be put out of business.
Has anyone received a refund from Gardener's Choice?
