I ordered what I thought was to be 16 Royal Empress (paulownia) trees from this company on 3/20. They sent me 4 items that were not paulownia trees. When I called them about the wrong items they sent me a replacement of three dead twigs which also were not paulownia trees. The shipping on these original items was 35.70 which is ridiculous. When I called again to complain to their customer service the agent was hateful and informed me that I did not receive the wrong item. I asked to speak to her manager, got the manager's voicemail. That was over a week ago and I have yet to hear from anyone from Gardeners Collection. Hope you can help.
