I ordered aprox $55 of plants including shipping several months ago and was told plants would be shipped at appropriate time for my climate conditions.
Mid May I received some plant I didn't order and a bunch of plastic pots and seeds I didn't order. I called, they confirmed my order and agreed they sent wrong stuff. 2 days ago I received a dead, dried up plant, peat pots and seeds and instructions to plant the seeds 2 MONTHS before I wanted to put them in the garden - we normally plant June 1!
I called them and asked for a refund. They told me I would have to ship everything back at my expense and they would consider a refund on plants but not on any shipping. I explained how I felt an that we will never do business with them again.
