I have given a lot of business to this company and overall I am satisfied with the service. Just a week ago I received my order back from the company missing the watch hands that I had sent. Slow response to me was that they were unable to locate them and I could find another pair and invoice the cost to them.
Considering that they lost my watch hands, why should I have to find a replacement. Furthermore it is very difficult to locate antique watch hands such as the one I need to replace. The business has been unwilling to help with this or to reimburse my time for doing so. They have lost my business, and they don't seem to care. Just think about that you watchmakers that deal with this company.
