I took a survey on Amazon which said I could get a "free" watch for taking it. I checked for fine-print contracts and the site even insisted there was no contracts authorized. All was needed to be paid was the $5.99 shipping/handling fee, "THE WATCH IS FREE". The watch arrived the next month 3/13 a purchase price of $95.00 appeared on my Visa credit card. I called both the company and my bank to notify them that the charge was only suppose to be $5.99 and that I would like to have my money returned. The MGM rep. Tried to direct me to a secondary site that has a subscription agreement on it. That really reassured me of the shady company I was dealing with. So I went so far as to cancel my card and order a new one, but Bank's Rep. Made a very big error they left the old card active and sent me out a new one (that's something I only heard of happening if requested). So anyway, while I was out of town for 3 months the MGM Gang had sent a watch to my house every month charging my checking account $45.99, for the pass three months while I was out of town. They said before I left town they were cancelling the subscription and now that I'm back they are suppose to cancelling subscription. I'm currently in the process of trying to recover my funds. Please stay away from this scamming company mgm omax volvado and all survey scams.
