Microsoft's banner exchange system will force to place their ad's within your site, then send you email almost 2 weeks later stating that in keeping with their policies their will not accept the banners they themselves offer to you to use.
This not only says a lot about their policies it also says a lot about the lack of integrity of Microsoft and it's policies.
Avoid bcentral banner exchange unless you want to advertise for Microsoft for free!!!
