I contacted DunnadnBradstreet and confirmed that they let out that information to FindTheComapny.com and everyone else for that matter. They are the source.
So I had them delete it from their database
Contact DBCC Customer Service and ask them to make any updates or changes. The changes should be posted within 24 - 48 hours.

They will ask you questions to confirm you are the company in question which i find ironic considering they had no problem releasing misinformation about my company without my approval. If they do not comply threaten them with contacting the ACLU.
In light of what is happening today with crm & social software and the Privact Act i believe it is VERY important to force these companies to correct their facts (false information)
