David Mapley claims against Kerry Horek are false and misleading. The information he provided in a report was wrong and certainly if he wanted the correct information he could have simply asked Kerry Horek she would be more than happy to provide him with the necessary information he needed. But for someone in his capacity as a Forensics Expert one would think that he would have his facts correct and his information reliable, factual and truthful before he lay false claims against another individual. Considering his services is used according to him world wide, certainly bears a question mark in my eyes.
He failed to address the concerns that was sent to him repeatedly, and then he makes false accusations about misappropriation of funds which is absolute rubbish. How unprofessional and incompetent.
In the future Mr. David Mapley when you wish to use an internet service to lay claim, blame and anything else do so with the correct information, not with the rubbish false information you displayed. There are many laws in the Cayman Islands that you can be challenged to and I can assure you that these will be sought out just for you.
Finally, your statements to this service is false and derogatory. Next time try and get your facts straight and in proper order before you do so. Act your age and demonstrate your professionalism which is what I demonstrated to you at all times. However, you chose to go about this in a manner that bore purely false accusations. I am certain that you are working along with another party using this service to discredit my reputation.
I really don't care what you want to do, as long as you do what is truthful and correct. Not what you hear third and fourth party and beyond to fuel your bullying with using false names on websites to discredit my reputation, please go right ahead, the more lime light I get from you the bigger my business grows. As a matter of fact an email just arrived as I was typing this from someone who knows you and knows that you are a bully and uses the RCIP to get away with it.
Therefore, go and fight with your bank for your money we don't have it. I am sure you will find it there where it has been from the day it was deposited or are you just too busy to check because you are so busy listening to rubbish. Good luck and God Bless.
