They never did what they said they would do just took my money and kept me on hooks until they were shut down.
My name is Tina with National Legal Associates. Your file has been re-assigned to me in order to assist with the modification process. At this time I am in need of some additional and updated documents in order to proceed with the modification review process.

1. RMA (Attached)
2. Updated 4506-T (Attached)
3. Letter stating you do not pay any home owners association fees, signed and dated
4. Current utility bill (gas or electric, showing mailing and service address)

So I received your documents, we are ready to submit your file to bank
which is great news! We are at the last step, what will happen is a
package will be prepared with all the documents we have been requesting,
and it will be submitted to the bank. Then the bank will process the
documents, this process we cannot put a time limit on unfortunately sense
such will be in the banks hands, we do follow up with the bank on a weekly
basis to make sure they do not need anything more from us, and wait for
them to give us a offer. We are going to be in need of the below documens
per the banks request, the bank will request the following documents to be
updated monthly they like to keep up with financials on a monthly basis,
so please get them over to us as soon as you can that way we are one step
ahead.

(1) Updated Bank Statements (we have up to mid December, please give us
December to January when you recieve)

(2) 2 Updated pay stubs (when you recieve new pay stubs send them in)

(3) Current Utility Bill (we have November, we need December or January
)
