I got a call from a collection company - name unknown - they said that we owed T. Mobile something like $374.00 - T. Mobile's cancellation fee is $200 - they tcked on more expenses with no explanation. I said that I would pay $5.00 a month to pay the cancellation fee and sent them $5.00. Now they have it in collection with no warning. What should I do.
