Placed an order for a small storage shed to be built and delivered. They signed a contract, took a deposit and promised delivery in 4 weeks. It has now been 2 months, have been "rescheduled" six times and now they are not returning calls. Theft, fraud, breach of contract and can probably make a case for conspiracy as well since the whole family's involved.
