In February Ordered and paid the $350 deposit to have shed/barn built and delivered. David Drury (co-owner) raved about his barns and promised it would be 3-4 weeks.
After 2 months I called and was told would be delivered on Friday, so I took off work.
This happened 4 more times to myself and wife with 3 days of work missed (2 promised days were on Saturday) The last time we actually heard them laughing as they gave the date of the 'delivery'.
I eventually sued them in my county - Anderson County - the judge ruled since the contract was sent to me and signed by me in Anderson county he had Jursidiction and heard the case.
They said they have over 200 backlog waiting, and told a bunch of lies, such as a death in the family, rain, etc.
It was REAL OBVIOUS to the judge that they were scamming people, I never even said a single word, the judge did ALL the questions.
Anyway, I won (easy), they lost and were ordered to pay me plus court cost of $146.50.
I hope they don't pay, and I WILL travel up to Bean Station and file CRIMINAL charges.
In short, sue them, they show up, lose a day of (ha ha) 'Work', and lose.
