I purchased a replacement keyboard 4-6 months ago and returned it because it was the wrong one. However, just today I received a $9.99 charge for IS Support that I never agreed to to was even solicited about. I called there today 6/12 and talked to a represntitive on reversing the charge. She advised that it should show up in 3-5 business days. We will see. I just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else may have been taken like I was. So they were hoping.
