Surprise surprise I also got scammed by this so called 'free trail'!
I have been unable to speak to anyone in the London Base as my phone calls continually get transferred to the USA (suppose this is costing me even more money!) No-one has any details on their system of me so that I can 1. Obtain a RMA to send the goods back and 2. Cancel any future deliveries.
Annoyed is not the work to describe how I feel but the only one that is suitable on here!
I have spoke to my bank Halifax who have been very helpful. They are cancelling this payment and monitoring any further payments this company try's to make.
Meanwhile I still have these two boxes of this unused product which I wish to return but can't! Now awaiting a response from them via email - but I won't hold my breath!
