We placed an order for stainless steel cabinets for a firehouse remodel we where doing back in Dec. At that time we where told they needed 8 weeks for fabrication. To make a long story short they where 10 weeks late in delivery, and once they where delivered they had one installer and were missing eight to ten pieces. It took another three weeks for the missing pieces to be shipped and once they arrived nothing fit and we had paid $5000.00 for installation and were expected to install the remaining pieces which did not fit. We hire a local fabricater to make the parts we needed and also to install them as well, all was done in five days.
I would NEVER consider to use this company again, in fact the owner FRANCO ITARI would joke about the fact that he did not thing we would ever order from them due to the lateness and missing parts. This is no way to run a company and expect good reviews. His lateness has caused me much pain and has ruined my reputation with the County for any hopes of another job.
