Placed a layaway with K-mart.com online. Completed layaway Aprl 13. No merchandise sent contacted customer service by phone 2 times told still processing. Next sent email online customer service replied with contact your local store. Went to local store they knew nothing about it but the manager of the store contacted the person listed on email and was told they would ship out merchandise to me and i should have it by May 25th. Contacted customer service by telephone again when did not receive merchandise told there was a web error and would put in paper work should hear something in 5-7 days. No reply in 5-7 days. Emailed ever day since 7 days were up on June 7th. No reply at all from company.
