Hello everyone I have sent this company 2 to 3 emails and left 3 messages and I still have not received anything from the company after my first order in February! I also have called my BANK! This company has charged my account for the last 5 months and has yet to send me march, april, may and june orders even with my cart filled with perfumes i wanted! The customer service sucks! I have sent them emails thursday, friday and monday i even call those days too! I had my bank put as top charge on them and now i feel robbed like why state, " After you have placed your initial order, we will quickly prepare your package and deliver it straight to your door. While you are waiting, login to your account and load up your online "Order Queue" by submitting orders through the shopping cart. Each month, we will send you 5 samples at a time from the orders you have submitted. Or save your credits, they never expire as long as you are a member. If you request, we can make selections for you and send them right out, just let us know!" Then after the first month not send me anything and then in june still charge me... My cart is full of orders and what havent i seen anything delivered to my house!
