MAY 17th I ordered Nite Trim online. Their site said that it would take 24-48 hours for my order to ship. I didn't get an order number, I never got a confirmation email of my order, I sent a support ticket asking about the status of my order but NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. It just SHOWED UP... TWO WEEKS LATER! (what ever happened to that 24-48 hours they were talking about?)
I tried the product for a few days and decided that I didn't like it. So per the request of their WEBSITE, I CALLED them. I called SEVERAL times, but never got to speak to a LIVE PERSON. ALWAYS a recording, with coincidentally said to "FILL OUR A SUPPORT TICKET ONLINE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES or to EMAIL them. (but wait... Didn't your site just tell me to CALL you jack@$es??!!)
So I went back online and filled out a SUPPORT ticket on marqilife.com around 6/01/06 and I told them to cancel my membership and any subsequent and future orders. Not too hard of a request to follow, RIGHT??? June 18th, my account was debited for $49.99 for yet ANOTHER order!!! But wait— I told them over TWO WEEKS ago NOT TO SEND ME ANY ORDERS, RIGHT?
So I called and left a voicemail even thought the recording told me not to. I told them that DISPITE my requests to cancel any future orders, they CONTINUTED to send me orders, and that I wanted my money back—ASAP! I also reported their sorry @$es to the Better Business Bureau. And it look like I'm not the only one who has had problems with them. I had also sent EMAILS to the email they gave in their recording for customer service issues. The first one went through, but I never got a response. The SECOND time I sent them an email, it was BOUNCED BACK TO ME!!!
Monday 6/26/06 (two days ago), I received a call from some jerk at Marqi life who seemed like he couldnt speak a SINGLE WORD OF ENGLISH. And couldnt understand a single word of MINE. All he asked for was my email address and my name and said "they would get back to me within 24 hours". I havent heard back from them yet.
So in conclusion, I've made SEVERAL attempts to contact these people to NO AVAIL. And I STILL havent gotten my $49.99 back!!!
