I have been trying for over 6 mo.'s to recoup the money that Mediben/SNJ (the Billing company) charged to my Mother's bank account.
I actually got SNJ billing company to refund the $392.42 on 2/5 and then on 2/7 there was a FORCE PAY, so the bank claims that it wasn't their fault.
I am still trying to get the $392.42 back to try to help our my Mom with her health care.
