My elderly mother, who does not hear well, mistook this company for her bank and gave them her routing number. An electronic check was sent to this Company. When her bank statement came and she did not recognize the amount as something she wrote a check for we went to the bank. We have been trying to get her money refunded for two months with no success. For someone on a fixed income this is a huge amount of money to lose. We did file a fraud complaint at the bank but I am losing hope of ever getting my mothers money back.
