I have been working with Brian Richards, Britny Deese and John Atwell on my case since July. Now, that I have paid in total of $3,500, no one wants to give me any information and they do not answer my phone calls. I have sent them over 150 email messages and have called them more times than I can count. I did a lot of research before I paid this company. I spoke with Britny Deese many times and I asked a million questions. I truly believed what she said and I sincerely thought that she would fulfill all of the promises that she made to me. Supposedly $1,500.00 was to pay for the forensic audit and the $2,000.00 was to pay for a lawyer to do all of the legal work. Britny assured me that their lawyer would be with me until the end and that he/she would even go to court with me. Everything was fine until I paid the $3,500.00. After they received my money, I never was able to speak with anybody, nobody returned calls and nobody answered emails. I literally begged and pleaded for answers. Finally in April, someone emailed me a copy of the audit. However there wasn't an explanation, just an email with an attachment that included the audit. I called the office numerous times and I asked Brian and John to please go over the audit results. Both promised me that they would get back to me and go over everything but that they were too busy at the time. I continued to call them and neither would answer the phone or provide me status on the lawyer. Finally I was able to speak with Brian and he was extremely rude and told me that he wasn't going to provide the lawyer and that I had no proof of what Britny told me and that basically he had supplied everything and hung up. What reputable business would do such a thing after you have paid for a service? My money needs to be refunded! I never would have spent this money if they weren't going to explain the audit and provide the lawyer. I refuse to let Brian get away with cheating innocent homeowners. Please if anyone is considering FHLA and Brian Richards DO NOT SEND HIM ANY MONEY! HE IS A SCAM ARTIST AND HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT IT. He will lie and cheat and seem sincere until he gets the money. Once he has your money, you will never hear from him again! Brian doesn't have a heart and he doesn't care about the home owners. Don't believe a word that he says because it is all lies.
