I have been working with Brian Richards on my case since May. Now, that I have paid in total of $3,500 (due to a $500 credit granted towards the total amount due of $4000 for the services) no one wants to give me any information or proof that my audit/bloomberg is even in process. For example, Brian Richards forwarded my file to John Atwell and informed me that John Atwell is handling my file going forward. John Atwell only states that his assistant is preparing my file for his review everytime I have managed to speak with him. Example "I don't have the file in front of me" or "We are working on it now" My question is, "What have you been working on?"
I have never gotten any information, only QWRs to forward to the mortgage company. Four in total as the mortgage company never even answered them. Now that I have requested numbered QWRs so that CFPB can file a formal complaint against my mortgage company I cannot even get that. The QWRs should have been in sequence of submission all along. I guess the agents at FHLA didn't know that. Although claiming to be professionals, FHLA agents must not have known that a Forensic Audit has a timing limit of 3 years after purchase of the home. Why did they even take my money for an audit if they know this fact??? Moreover, why cant i get an answer on the status of my case? I have paid for a service and the phone gets hung up on me by Brian Richards just after telling me not to call again! What reputable business would do such a thing after you have paid for a service? I was told to provide the tax filing of the year I purchased the home and that all other information needed would be obtained from the FHLA end. What data has been obtained? I paid for the audit in full. As of today, January 14th I have not received any document discussing the audit findings. I have paid for the Bloomberg in full. I requested a conference call today to get an explanation on the status of my case and discuss the closing documents including the Note that mortgage company provided to their attorney in order to foreclose on me. I was denied a discussion of such and told that my file had not been forwarded for completion due to an unsettled account. My account has been settled in full since last withdrawal from my account to FHLA on December 8.
Brian Richards and John Atwell told me that per what they have uncovered so far, the mortgage company cannot get me out of my house because they cannot produce the note. Well, all the mortgage company has to do is get the docs from the county clerks office, which is what they did. I wanted to discuss my possible misunderstanding of these details but I was told not to call back and that all inquiries should be directed to the owner of Forensic Home Loan Audits, Jimmy Gibson. Jimmy Gibson @ 318 364-9339 (the contact that I was provided) does not answer nor return calls since two months now. I sent an email, presented below, asking specific questions related to what has been uncovered. It was never responded to. My money needs to be refunded! No Forensic Audit can even be valid on a house purchased in 2006 at this time AND as my file has not even been submitted (no proof otherwise) for a Bloomberg to be completed by FHLA appointed attorneys as stated in the contract my money needs to be refunded! FHLA has not rendered said services per what I have paid.

As the contractual services have not been rendered, I am asking for a refund. Lets see what happens
