We purchased a green dot card at Walmart for 195 $. They kept pretending they were cutting out on the phone or they couldn't understand us. They asked for additional 500$ and that's when I got online it found it on scam book. We called back the green dot card company and they said they could refund our money in 3-7 business days. We will see if it happens. What ever you do, do not use california cash advance!!!
