I bought the veloura trial cream not relaising that ifit was not returned within 14 days they would dedcut the full amount of money from my account. I have tried to retun the cream to them but they will not provide me with a returns number. I have cancleeld my Mastercard so that hopefully they will not be bale to deduct anymore money.
