Hello,
At first, I ask for a delivery of Bella genix and Veloura free samples and I only need to pay for the shipment for $9.90; however, I did not receive any product and I did inform them about that and they stated that they are going to reship other samples. Lately, on a trip to a chinese province, I get charged for $199.90 for what? So I consider that this company looks like a scam and I certainly would like a refund.
