On 2/01, I shipped a defective Le Pan tablet to their warranty repair dept. Many phone calls, emails, promises, lies later. Still no replacement. The problem is well documented with the power switch and battery refusal to charge. Many people in forums have the same problem. They claim to have fired their warranty people and got a new staff but thats total (expletive). They will wear you down with promises to ship a replacement but never come thru. I will never get my money back, but I will try as warn people about this scam of an outfit.
