My 85 year old mother received a call from Bill Anderson representing IDMAX, LLC. He claimed they could stop unwanted phone solicitations. He convinced her to give him her credit card number and charged her $397.00. The next day she realized she had made a mistake. She called Bill Anderson back and told him she wanted to cancel the order and get her money back. He said she couldn't do that. When their package arrived in the mail she refused it and it was returned. She called her credit card company to dispute the charges. When Bill Anderson found out the money was removed from his account he called my mother several times threatening her with a lawsuit if she didn't pay him.
I hope this helps inform others before they get duped by this company.
