I'm posting this complaint on behalf of my mother-in-law Joyce. Joyce is a loving and kind grandmother to our children and lives on a fixed income. Recently, she paid off her credit card and decided to keep it for emergency use only. It was then that she found a monthly charge of $14.95 against her account that has been charged for at least one year. The bank has started an investigation to determine the exact amount of the loss.
Companies like this who prey on our trusting grandparents, parents and friends are quite literally the scum of the earth.
My hope in posting this information is that we can help to stop NTO Solutions before they claim another victim.
Don't give out your credit card number. If you already have, check your bill for re-occurring bills that you didn't sign up for. Finally, call the number on the bill and cancel the accounts. If they give you any trouble, call your bank.
