Charging my mother's bank card without authorization Ripoff Nebraska

I help my mother to reconcile her bank account and pay her bills and I came across a charge last month for $12.95 from a company called Passport-to-fun. I thought my mom just bought something and didn't think much of it.

This month I saw the charge again, and I asked my mother about it, she said she had no idea what I was talking about she hadn't signed up for anything. I called the phone number provided in the back charge and they told me to put in my phone number to get my account number from Dealpass.com.

I decided to check on Usa Consumer Complaints.com and I found all of these reports for Dealpass.com. I am going to have my mother cancel her bank account to stop any further charges but I can't believe that these companies can get credit card information and charge them without approval.
