When I placed the original call to order the product I repeadly said DO NOT send any additional bottles after speaking to numerous people I thought and understood that was clear. Received a second bottle and when I called the person I spoke with was very rude. So I send the 2nd bottle back requesting a refund. So not only did I have to take time out of my day to go to the Post Office and pay to send it back registered. I only received a partial credit. When I called today about the partial credit both Sandy and the Manager Carletta were very rude. This company should be fined for the lying and treatment to the public. The public should know NEVER to order any products from this company. Yes, I am mad and the people that work for them should be ashamed to be connected to such a company. Hope I made my point clear.
