I received a Disbursement Advisory and Claimant Folio Release Document from Addleshaw, Bird & Mitchell. Supposedly they are holding $2,997, 500 which I have won. The Consumer Disclosure on the reverse side of the Disbursement Advisory is intentionally confusing. The reply deadline on the Claimant Document is 28 May but the mailing envelope proclaims the "Respond By Date Has Been Extended to June 14th!" How greedy and desparate ABM is!!!
The US Postal Service should be able to cancel ABM's postage permit based on the fraud that's already been documented.
I did not send ABM the requested $20. The $70 damages is based on my minimum billing rate.
