I received a disbursement advisory letter today stating that I was the recipient of a cash price of $2,997, 500.00. I was instructed to send $20 to processing department PMB 410,17625 Union Turnpike, Fresh meadows, NY 11366-1515 in order for the funds to be release. According to the letter, my deadline is September 2. Do not delay!
