My sister and her husband received the same check for $3,875.00. We call Mark Nelson the guy issuing the checks and we told him we will contact our lawyer. He get very offended and hanged up on us. He is not picking up the phone again when we called. This is a scam and should be reported to the US and Canadian authorities.
