I went to view the house that was up for rental, he was the estate agent. The following day he sent me a copy of the lease agreement and I signed and e-mailed it back to him, he sent me the banking details, I transfered the amount to his bank account, I never heard from him again. His phone was off if it happened that it was ringing he would not pick up my call or return my calls. I have sent him numerous sms and e-mail he just does not respond. I was supposed to move into the house on 1 June but did not. The owner of the house said they never heard anything from him he did not give them any money or ket them sign the lease agreement.
