Ordered what i thought was a sample from this company at the price of £1.99 receive the product one and half weeks later with no information inside the product and thought nothing else of it, until today being 31/5 when money was witheld from my account for a transaction for £85.00 which i phoned my bank to find out why this was and told lift serum pro company was taking this payment from me. I phoned the company to find out what was going on as i new nothing of this and was not given any information what so ever of this happening. The said company said it was in the terms and conditions on the home page, yet when you order any products it gives you no indication of this at all. They was not helpful at all and told me that i could not get a refund and they was not even understanding when i offered to return this product and they had cleared out my account of money that myself and children need to live off this week and they did not care.
