Today, I downloaded my Credit Card account to see an amount of A$1032.00 has been debited from this account and I am at a loss as to know who had my authority to receive this amount and for what this payment was for. I have been receiving phone calls from unknown persons who I am unable to trace on my ID phone, presuming these calls are from a computer along with the fact of a time delay in response.
Hopefully you can help me resolve this problem.
