I was paying for a product (50$) using Plimus. My bank account was charged 50$ and then they told me that my order is declined because of " Inconsistent contact / billing information."

Inconsistent contact / billing information

Important: The credit card submitted will not be charged for this order.

I sent them a couple of emails explaining my information to verify the credit card but they didn't answer me!
