I need to start from the begining, I purchased my Ford Explorer 2006 from this used car dealership. I went to go get the tires rotated about 1month and half after I bought this truck I took it to Midas the back drivers tire lug nut locked up on them, the back tire on the passengers side was missing a lug nut and stem. They immediatly stopped working on the truck and asked where and when I bought the truck I told them about amonth and a half ago they said to take it back to them because they should have never have sold it with it missing lug nuts. So I took it back to them they sent me to Quility Tire and Alignment in citrus hgts. To fix it. It has been a couple of months I was driving on the freeway and had to get off because it felt like I had a flat tire no flat but the same tire that they worked on the back passenger tire was held on by one lug nut 4 of the stems had broken off. Completly I almost lost control of my truck the tire almost came off if I wouldnt have stopped when I did god only knows what would have happened. They said they were not going to pay for it because they said it was my fault. I never touched my tires Quility tires and Alignment was the last to touch any of my tires.
