Last year I purchased a set of tires from Carrolls tires. Due to circumstances I was unable to have the tires rotated until just recently. When I did I found the car pulling hard to the right. I went back and paid for an alignment, which did not fix the problem. They advise the problem was one of the now front tires had a "radial pull". This is a tire that was made incorrectly. The problem did not surface prior to now as the tire was on the rear of the car.
As they sold me a defective tire I requested it be replaced at their expense. They refused. All they would offer was a new tire at their cost, which is now more than I paid for the tire originally. Since they sold me a defective tire I feel it is their responsibility to replace it.
