I purchased some clothes from www.theralphlaurenoutlet.co.uk and the payment went straight through, I did not check my statement for 2 weeks and realized they had taken more than I thought. It then took ages for anything to arrive and there was no contact info for the store. I began to worry. Then after 3 weeks a letter arrived from customs telling me that a packaged full of fraudulent items had arrived and is going to be destroyed. I tried to contact the ralphlaurenoutlet and Magneto and also Realypay none of which I can get through to. I am a student and can't afford to lose $275!!! I am furious!
