I ordered a "TRX Celing Mount" for $22.95 and a DVD "TRX Essentials: Flexibility".
I thought I was ordering from a TRX outlet "trxtrainingoutlet.Us" but the "receipt" came from Realypay.com. The receipt said that within one hour I would receive a username and password to contact them if there was a problem with the order. Nothing was sent and when I emailed them they never responded and the trxtrainingoutlet.Us is not working.
Realypay says they are a payment platform that supervises the merchant, "TRX outlet". Says we can submit a refund application and we would get results in 3 days. I am not able to contact them and an email to realypay.com is not answered.
