As per all complaints about this company this complaint is the same, ordered trial of face cream and had to pay pnp, then got charged £88 which was refunded by the bank and card canceled. Bank made a mistake when canceling card and was charged by different company £77. It looks like they have set another firm and charging people again. Daylight robbery and there getting away with it.
