I made the biggest mistake of not researching the company before I tried the free trial. I stayed up all night to figure out that I would have to invest even more money into it before i could really do anything, which of course I really did not have. So I then did a search on google on Ispeedway and found tons of complaints about this company. I decided that I would not invest anymore money into this system and canceled my account back in April.

I then received an e-mail a few days later stating that I had reactivated my account, which I never did. I called the company immediately to deal with this. I did not want to be charged for something I did not want (I was still in my trial period at this time). I was informed that this was a mistake on their part and was told by the person I talked to and by e-mail that my account had been closed and that I would not get any further charges. And yes this is what my e-mail from them states.

I May I was looking at my bank account and realized that they had charged me. I called them immediately and was told that my account had been closed and that the person I talked to in billing did not understand why I was charged. The refunded me the money but it took forever to be refunded. I then made sure that my account was closed and would not be charged again for this company. I was reassured that I would not be charged again.

Well here is it July 1 and there is another charge on my account. I again called the company (and was not happy) and was treated very poorly. Was told that they never canceled my account the right way and that they can dispute the charge for me. The person I talked to also told me everything I have already stated was true and that the person who canceled my account did not do his job right. But yet all they can do for me is to refund my money when they feel the need to refund my money. My money should have NEVER been taken from my account in the first place. I was also informed that they tried to take money last month but the money was not in my account.

This made me even more angry. Why in the world would you be trying to take money from an account that is CLOSED. I fully understand that it was my fault for not researching this before I ordered from the company. I just want others to be very careful and if you have canceled the account to watch your bank statement. They will continue to charge you and then admit that they made the mistake but that all they can do is dispute it. Then they will not fix the problem that caused this in the first place.

After being treated poorly by customer service and a supervisor I decided to not deal with the company and have filed a complaint with my bank, and I canceled my card (the only thing I could do to prevent them from doing this again). It is sad that people have to be out because this company is scamming people. Sure they may eventually refund your money but what about being put out because you did not expect the charge in the first place. This is fraud and a scam so please be careful.in fact I was informed that at least 50 percent of the people that called the billing center for the company had the same complaint that I did. I could see defending your company if maybe 20 to 30 percent had this issue but over half the people calling the billing center have this same problem. That screamed scam and fraud to me. Wish this business could be closed down.
