14 day trial was not honored. Product was received on May 13, I was billed on May 25 for 100.08. Company refused to accept product back and refused to reverse credit card charges. Company rep advised me if I would have not cancelled order they could have extended my trial period, although when you call the number the automated call prompted me only to this option. During the same call I spoke with the rep who refused to extend trial which would have allowed me to return product.
