Ordered this product back in February. There was a 14 day period to request cancellation of the "free trial" period. I continued to use the product hoping to see the advertised results. During this time the product was being delivered faster than I could use it. That was fine initially, as I am a flight attendant and I could have one product at home and one product in my suitcase. Today I have one product in my suitcase, one product in my bathroom at home, and one product unopened in its original packaging. I phoned Alore to cancel future deliveries and to request how to return the unopened package. I spoke to two different agents. Both representatives were very defensive, refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor and they both advised me they did not accept returns and I would not be able to have the charges credited back to my checking account. Very poor customer service and they are keeping my money. I asked for a confirmation number to confirm the cancellation of the recurring order and I was told I would receive the confirmation in an e-mail the next day! This company gives online companies a very bad reputation. Next complaint will be with the BBB.
